Workshop pickup: no pack-down service required
Standard pack-down: Sunday or Monday, 9am–1pm
Same-day pack-down: collection on your event day
Evening pack-down: collection after 8pm
Midnight pack-down: late-night collection
Standard Sunday or Monday collection between 9am and 1pm is included in the original hire price. Same-day and after-hours services carry the additional charge shown.
If collection is later, the hirer must keep all items dry and secure until our team arrives. Collection from a different Auckland address can be arranged—please include the address in your order notes.
