Customization is key to creating the perfect atmosphere for your celebration. You can choose from a variety of color combinations, with a maximum of four colors, to match your event's theme. Simply send your color combination preferences along with your order number to info@balloonz.co.nz for a custom request.

Please note that a large vehicle, such as an SUV or van, will be required for pickup due to the garland's size.

Our Balloonz garlands are designed to last, with a lifespan of 3-5 weeks when kept indoors. If you plan to install the garland outdoors, we recommend doing so a couple of hours before your event to ensure the best presentation. To prevent balloons from expanding and popping, please avoid leaving the garland in a hot car for extended periods.

The garland comes pre-shaped and can be easily adjusted to your preferred arrangement. We provide strings for hanging or tying the garland, and for wall attachment, you can purchase clear command hooks from your local supermarket.

For your convenience, we offer both pickup and delivery options. You can pick up your garland from our location at 42 Aranui Road, Mt Wellington. We also provide delivery services throughout Auckland from Monday to Friday for an additional $40. Our pickup times are flexible during the weekdays, and we're open for pickups on Saturdays from 9 am to 11 am. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and do not offer public holiday delivery.
