Our package includes an event welcome signage with easel rental, ensuring that your message is displayed prominently and beautifully. You'll have this signage for 4-5 business days, giving you plenty of time to prepare for your event. Additionally, you'll receive a stunning 2.5m balloon garland in the color combination of your choice. You can customize the colors to match your event's theme and create a cohesive look that wows your guests.

We take care of the installation and delivery of both the signage and the balloon garland, making the process hassle-free for you. All you need to do is send us a png or svg file for the text print on the signage to our email address: info@balloonz.co.nz. We're here to assist you every step of the way, ensuring that your signage looks perfect and conveys your message effectively.

For your convenience, we offer flexibility when it comes to color combinations. You can choose up to four colors, allowing you to match your event's color scheme precisely. Simply send your color combination and order number to our email at info@balloonz.co.nz, and we'll handle the rest.

Our balloon garlands are designed to impress and last. They can stay vibrant for up to 3-5 weeks when kept indoors, ensuring that your event space remains lively and captivating. If you plan to install the garland outside, we recommend doing so a few hours before the event to maintain its freshness and appeal.

As part of our commitment to providing a complete package, we include balloon garland strings that are used for hanging or tying the balloon garland. This ensures that the installation process is smooth and stress-free.

We offer delivery services across Auckland from Monday to Friday for a reasonable fee of $40, making it convenient for you to receive your package on time. Additionally, we have pick-up options available during weekdays and Saturdays from 09:00-11:00 at our shop in Mt Wellington, Auckland, by prior arrangement.

  • Please allow a 1-hour buffer for delivery and schedule setup at least 1.5 hours before your event. Delivery hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm; Saturday, 7:30am–6pm; and Sunday, 9am–1pm. Early delivery is available upon special request; additional fees apply. Please email us with your order number.
  • Allow 1 hour for pack down -Pack-out hours: Sunday–Monday, 9am–1pm. Midnight pack-out is available by special request; please email us with your order number
  • Shipping is calculated for standard orders. Additional charges may apply for larger events requiring multiple items, extended setup/unloading time, or a larger vehicle or truck.
