Surface and weather requirements

The trampoline requires a suitable, level setup area and cannot be installed on mud or gravel. Please discuss the site with us before booking if you are unsure.

Rain-related or additional cleaning may incur an extra fee, which will be discussed with you.

Workshop pickup or Auckland delivery

Workshop pickup is available from Mt Wellington. A refundable NZ$150 bond applies—choose whether to pay it separately in store or include it with your online payment. The trampoline must be returned clean.

Auckland delivery and pack-down are also available. If you are adding this trampoline to another Balloonz booking, select the combined-booking option and we will recalculate the delivery and setup cost.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, your payment will be credited toward a future booking within one year. Payments are non-refundable.
