The price encompasses comprehensive delivery and set-up services, spanning across Auckland. We allocate a dedicated 1.5-2.5 hour window for the set-up process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. Furthermore, we offer the convenience of next business day pack down, with the option for same-day/night pack down available at an additional cost.

If your event demands more than one shimmer panel, please don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated team at info@ballloonz.co.nz.

  • Please allow a 1-hour buffer for delivery and schedule setup at least 1.5 hours before your event. Delivery hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm; Saturday, 7:30am–6pm; and Sunday, 9am–1pm. Early delivery is available upon special request; additional fees apply. Please email us with your order number.
  • Allow 1 hour for pack down -Pack-out hours: Sunday–Monday, 9am–1pm. Midnight pack-out is available by special request; please email us with your order number
  • Shipping is calculated for standard orders. Additional charges may apply for larger events requiring multiple items, extended setup/unloading time, or a larger vehicle or truck. Midnight pack-outs incur an additional $90 fee. If there are any additional specifications or extras, we will reach out to you. Regards - Balloonz team
