Each garland is generously sized at 1 meter wide, providing ample coverage and a striking visual effect. You have the flexibility to choose your color combination, allowing you to match your garland to your event's theme or your personal preferences. You can select up to three colors for a customized look that suits your style.
Customizing your garland is a breeze. Simply send your desired color combination along with your order number to our email at info@balloonz.co.nz, and we'll handle the rest. We're here to ensure that your garland perfectly complements your event's aesthetic.
For transportation, a medium-sized vehicle is required to accommodate the garland's size. We recommend taking care when transporting the garland, as it should not be kept overnight or for more than 2 hours in a hot car or warm conditions to prevent expansion and potential popping of balloons.
Our balloon garlands are designed to impress and last. When kept inside, they can maintain their vibrant appearance for up to 3-5 weeks, ensuring that your event remains lively throughout. If you plan to install the garland outside, we recommend doing so a couple of hours before the event to maintain its freshness and appeal.
Each garland comes with attached strings that make hanging or tying the garland a breeze. To attach it to the wall, you can purchase clear command hooks from Countdown or any other supermarket. These hooks are specifically designed for attaching temporary items to the wall. Please refer to the instructions on the package for guidance on how to attach and remove them without leaving any marks or damage.
You have the option to pick up your garland from our location at 42 Aranui Road Mt Wellington, making it convenient for you to collect your decor at a time that suits your schedule. We also offer delivery services across Auckland from Monday to Friday for a reasonable fee of $40, ensuring that your garland arrives on time for your event.
