Installations / Rentals (Props, Backdrops, Event Setups) Delivery & Setup Hours:Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PMSaturday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PMSunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PMEarly delivery is available upon request (extra fees apply).Pack-Down Hours:Sunday–Monday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Midnight pack-outs available by request (extra $90 fee). Important:Please allow a 1-hour buffer for delivery.Schedule setups at least 1.5 hours before your event.Larger events, multiple props, or oversized items may incur extra charges.
Allow 1 hour for pack down -Pack-out hours: Sunday–Monday, 9am–1pm. Midnight pack-out is available by special request; please email us with your order number
Shipping is calculated for standard orders. Additional charges may apply for larger events requiring multiple items, extended setup/unloading time, or a larger vehicle or truck.
